Applications
Turn each application into a candidate so nobody retypes a CV
Candidates click Apply now and upload a resume. Skailer parses it and fills in name, contacts, current position, company, salary expectations and location, which the candidate checks before sending. You choose per job which fields are mandatory. The application becomes a candidate in the job's Applied stage, marked with the career-site source, and the candidate gets a confirmation email from a connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox.
01CV parsing on apply
The form fills itself from the uploaded resume.02Mandatory fields per job
Make each application field required or optional.03Straight to the pipeline
A new candidate in the Applied stage, with the source set.04Confirmation email

Sourcing & sources
Save profiles from the web so every candidate's origin is on record
The Skailer sourcing extension for Chrome reads a profile on LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, ArtStation and other supported sites. Before saving, it shows whether a similar candidate already exists. The recruiter picks a job and stage, adds labels and a comment, and attaches the CV. Every candidate carries a source, built-in or your own, and Source efficiency shows how far each source's candidates get.
01Chrome sourcing extension
Save a profile to a job and stage from the browser.02Duplicate check
See a similar candidate before creating a new one.03Custom sources
Add Referral, Agency, Event or any value your team uses.04Source efficiency report
Candidates per source at every stage, with drill-down.05GDPR consent
Request consent by email and track its status on each profile.
One HR platform
Candidates enter the same platform they'll work in
Jobs on your career pages can start from approved position requests in the hiring plan, and candidates move on to pipelines, scorecards and offers in the ATS. After the hire, the same person continues into Core HR and onboarding. Career pages and the extension bring candidates in; the ATS moves them to a decision.
01Hiring plan
Open jobs from approved position requests.02Applicant tracking
Pipelines, scorecards and offers for every candidate.03Gmail and Outlook
Confirmation and candidate emails from your own mailbox. What are career pages and sourcing in Skailer?
Skailer vs. the alternativesYour own website gives full design freedom. Recruitment-marketing ATS platforms go further than Skailer on employer branding, with page builders, multilingual sites, talent communities and job boards. Skailer puts every applicant in the same base as the rest of hiring and HR.
Where your applicants end up with each approach
| Capability | Website form & inbox | Recruitment-marketing ATS | Skailer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Page design | Anything your web team builds | Page builder with content blocks | Logo, colors and texts per page |
| Applications | Emails copied by hand | Candidates in the ATS | Candidates in the Applied stage, CV parsed |
| Job boards | Posted by hand | Multiposting, often included | Not included |
| Sourced profiles | Bookmarks and spreadsheets | Extension, often with outreach | Extension with duplicate check, saved to a job and stage |
| After the hire | Retyped into the HRIS | Synced to a separate HRIS | Continues in the same HR platform |
How it worksSet up your pages once, then every job and profile lands in the same base.
